Fourteen days to change your mind
You have 14 days from receiving your order to tell us you wish to withdraw, with no reason and no penalty. You then have a further 14 days to send the item back to us.
Conditions
To be accepted, an item must be :
- in its original condition, unworn and not used beyond what is needed to check its nature and characteristics ;
- complete with its tags, protective covers and any accessories ;
- packed so that it is protected in transit.
An item that has clearly been worn, stained, perfumed or damaged may be refunded in part only, in proportion to the loss of value.
How to proceed
- Write to contact@anyzia.com with your order number and the item or items concerned.
- We reply within 24 working hours with the return address and what to do next.
- Send the parcel back. We recommend a tracked service : without proof of postage, a lost parcel cannot be refunded.
Return costs
Return postage is at your expense, unless the item is faulty, not as described, or we sent the wrong item : in that case we cover the full cost.
Refunds
Once we have received and checked the item, we refund within 14 days at the latest, to the payment method used for the order. The refund covers the price of the item and the standard delivery charge originally paid. If you chose a faster delivery option, only the standard rate is refunded.
Exchanges
Another colour, another model ? Mention it in your request : we set the item aside and dispatch it as soon as your return arrives, subject to availability.
Faulty items
If an item is faulty, write to us with a few photographs. We cover the return and offer repair, replacement or a refund, at no cost to you. The legal guarantee of conformity applies in addition to the right of withdrawal.
