Charlotte is a no-nonsense tote: wide opening, stable base, everything stays where you put it.
Charlotte is not shaped like an ordinary tote. Seen from the front it draws a crescent: the sides rise into two winged points and the base curves into a shell. It is a line you notice before you register the colour.
The material is a matt nubuck, velvety and entirely free of shine, in a warm cognac that sets off the white topstitching. Those contrasting seams run right around the edges and across the central panel, and they are what give the bag its crafted character.
On each side, long ties pass through eyelets and knot, with the ends left hanging loose. They also draw the sides in when you want a narrower shape. The short handles sit in the hand or rest on the forearm. A bag for anyone after a shape rather than simply something to carry things in.

The bag is really beautiful and spacious, the material feels very close to leather. There's a standard crossbody strap and another one for carrying on the shoulder. It arrived on time and well packaged, in a dust bag and a plastic sleeve. Very happy with my purchase.

An incredibly cool bag, and above all, really spacious. Nice to the touch, short comfortable handles (there is also a long strap, but I don't need it yet). There is a small zipped pocket inside and two sewn-in pockets on the other side. They are not very deep, but they are really handy for a mirror or a folding comb. The zip feels good quality. The stitching is even and there are no loose threads. The bag has almost no smell.

As a handbag, it's good for classes and there are pockets inside. Top quality. However, delivery took more than 10 days!! And nobody told me about the delays. I had to send an email to be reassured that my bag was actually coming. I didn't even get a tracking number. I can understand you may have transport or logistics issues, but the least you could do is let people know
I bought this bag for my daughter and she's happy to go to school with it. The only problem was the delivery time, which was a bit long (12 days). Customer service was responsive though, and told me it was due to a high volume of orders during the back-to-school period. A tracking number would have been appreciated..
