This Elvire has something baskets rarely offer: it actually closes. A proper zip runs the full width of the top, which settles at a stroke the usual weakness of straw bags, where everything sits open to view.
Here the straw is crocheted in a light blonde, very near natural, in a thick and pliable stitch. The body widens a little at the top from a flat base.
Two slim cognac vegan leather straps form the handles, secured by chevron seams that share the tension across the weave, and they are cut long enough for the shoulder. The contrast between the very pale straw and the brown of the straps is crisp and gives the bag a carefully finished look. This is the basket to choose if you plan to take it travelling or on to public transport.

The bag is really beautiful and spacious, the material feels very close to leather. There's a standard crossbody strap and another one for carrying on the shoulder. It arrived on time and well packaged, in a dust bag and a plastic sleeve. Very happy with my purchase.

An incredibly cool bag, and above all, really spacious. Nice to the touch, short comfortable handles (there is also a long strap, but I don't need it yet). There is a small zipped pocket inside and two sewn-in pockets on the other side. They are not very deep, but they are really handy for a mirror or a folding comb. The zip feels good quality. The stitching is even and there are no loose threads. The bag has almost no smell.

As a handbag, it's good for classes and there are pockets inside. Top quality. However, delivery took more than 10 days!! And nobody told me about the delays. I had to send an email to be reassured that my bag was actually coming. I didn't even get a tracking number. I can understand you may have transport or logistics issues, but the least you could do is let people know
I bought this bag for my daughter and she's happy to go to school with it. The only problem was the delivery time, which was a bit long (12 days). Customer service was responsive though, and told me it was due to a high volume of orders during the back-to-school period. A tracking number would have been appreciated..
