Armelle has the look of a basket brought back from a trip. The body is hand crocheted in ecru and beige yarns, with a chevron motif climbing in vertical columns over the full height, and the top edge is trimmed with long cotton fringing.
Those fringes give the bag all its movement and delicacy. They shift as you walk and break up the regularity of the weave.
The handles are a counterpoint: cut in smooth cognac and fixed with gold rivets, they give the whole thing structure and the strength a woven body alone would lack. They are long enough for the shoulder. The bag is wide, suited to a full day outdoors. Keep it for pale outfits and warm months, where it does all the work on its own.

The bag is really beautiful and spacious, the material feels very close to leather. There's a standard crossbody strap and another one for carrying on the shoulder. It arrived on time and well packaged, in a dust bag and a plastic sleeve. Very happy with my purchase.

An incredibly cool bag, and above all, really spacious. Nice to the touch, short comfortable handles (there is also a long strap, but I don't need it yet). There is a small zipped pocket inside and two sewn-in pockets on the other side. They are not very deep, but they are really handy for a mirror or a folding comb. The zip feels good quality. The stitching is even and there are no loose threads. The bag has almost no smell.

As a handbag, it's good for classes and there are pockets inside. Top quality. However, delivery took more than 10 days!! And nobody told me about the delays. I had to send an email to be reassured that my bag was actually coming. I didn't even get a tracking number. I can understand you may have transport or logistics issues, but the least you could do is let people know
I bought this bag for my daughter and she's happy to go to school with it. The only problem was the delivery time, which was a bit long (12 days). Customer service was responsive though, and told me it was due to a high volume of orders during the back-to-school period. A tracking number would have been appreciated..
