Data we collect
- Orders : surname, first name, postal address, email address, telephone number, items ordered.
- Payment : handled directly by our payment provider. We neither receive nor store your card number.
- Browsing : pages viewed, device, IP address, through analytics cookies.
- Contact : the information you send us when you write to us.
Purposes and legal bases
- Processing and delivering your order and providing after-sales support, performance of the contract.
- Meeting our accounting and tax obligations, legal obligation.
- Improving the site and measuring audience, legitimate interest or consent, depending on the cookies used.
- Sending you marketing messages, consent, which can be withdrawn at any time.
Recipients
Your data is shared only as far as necessary to fulfil the order : payment provider, carrier, hosting provider, email service. Browsing data is also sent to Meta Platforms Ireland Limited for advertising measurement. No data is sold to third parties.
Retention periods
- Order and invoicing data : the statutory accounting retention period.
- Customer account data : until the account is deleted.
- Marketing : three years from the last contact.
- Cookies : thirteen months at most.
Your rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679, you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability.
To exercise them, write to contact@anyzia.com. We reply within one month. You may also lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority in your country of residence.
Cookies
Strictly necessary cookies (basket, session, security) are essential for the site to work.
We also use analytics and advertising technologies, including the Meta pixel (Facebook, Instagram), which are active as soon as you arrive on the site. They let us measure how our campaigns perform and tailor the ads you are shown.
