Zélie is a straightforward tote, with a wide opening and a stable base, so everything stays in place without any digging around.
In all black, Zélie reveals its construction differently. With no colour contrast, the finishes do the talking: the upper band is smooth vegan leather, the body grained, and the line between them reads through the change of texture.
That scalloped cut in three curves stays perfectly visible, drawn by the shift from sheen to matte rather than by a change of shade.
The only bright touches are the small gold buckles that adjust the handles, discreet but definitely there. The handles are long and slim, adjustable to suit however much you are wearing. The bag is really beautiful and spacious, the material feels very close to leather. There's a standard crossbody strap and another one for carrying on the shoulder. It arrived on time and well packaged, in a dust bag and a plastic sleeve. Very happy with my purchase.

An incredibly cool bag, and above all, really spacious. Nice to the touch, short comfortable handles (there is also a long strap, but I don't need it yet). There is a small zipped pocket inside and two sewn-in pockets on the other side. They are not very deep, but they are really handy for a mirror or a folding comb. The zip feels good quality. The stitching is even and there are no loose threads. The bag has almost no smell.

As a handbag, it's good for classes and there are pockets inside. Top quality. However, delivery took more than 10 days!! And nobody told me about the delays. I had to send an email to be reassured that my bag was actually coming. I didn't even get a tracking number. I can understand you may have transport or logistics issues, but the least you could do is let people know
I bought this bag for my daughter and she's happy to go to school with it. The only problem was the delivery time, which was a bit long (12 days). Customer service was responsive though, and told me it was due to a high volume of orders during the back-to-school period. A tracking number would have been appreciated..
